Hourly Pay Range:

$19.62 – $30.41 – The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

position Highlights:

• Position: Pharmacy Technician II

• Location:Edward Hospital. Naperville, IL

• Full Time – 40 hours/week

• Hours: Evenings, 2:30pm – 10:30p & 3:00pm -11:30pm M-F, rotating weekends

What you will need:

• education (Required):

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Certifications (Required):

  • Current License as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Illinois

  • One of the following must be met:

    • Current Pharmacy Technician Certification or must obtain CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) within 90 days of hire, or

    • Successfully passed the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ExCPT) examination pending certification, or

    • Current Pharmacy Technician license with “Student” designation issued by the State of Illinois

What you will do:

Assists pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining the drug inventory and maintenance of records. Works under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.
