Your Role:

• Deliver skilled PT services in patients’ homes

• Assess mobility, strength, and function

• Create customized treatment plans

• Educate patients & caregivers on exercises & safety

• Collaborate with a supportive care team to achieve results

What You’ll Bring:

• Florida PT license

• Degree from an accredited PT program

• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license

• Current CPR certification

• Strong communication & documentation skills

• Home health experience is a plus
