What You’ll Do

* Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients’ homes under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
* Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function
* Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training
* Educate patients and caregivers on safe movement and home exercise programs
* Monitor and report patient progress
* Document visits timely and accurately
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care

What You’ll Need

* Active Florida PTA License
* Degree from an accredited PTA program
* Current CPR Certification
* Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
* Strong clinical and communication skills
* Home health experience preferred
* Medicare experience preferred
