PURPOSE AND SCOPE

This positionis responsible forassistingthe Director of Aviation in the transportation of company officials, customers and passengers on the company ownedaircraftinacost-effectivemanner whichis in compliance withFAA standards.This position is also responsible forassistingwithaircraftmaintenance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Assist the Director of Aviation inoperatingthe companyaircraftin a safe,cost-effectivemanner in compliance with FAAstandards

• Assist the Director of Aviation with pre- and post-flight preparation including assessment of weather conditions as well asaircraftreadiness.

• This positionis responsible forchart updates and replacements.

• Assistin thecost-effectiveuse of the companyaircraftthrough safe and efficient scheduling.

• This position will perform regularaircraft preventativemaintenance including washing, waxing,vacuuming,and general cleaning.

• Upgrade andmaintainaviation knowledge and skills throughongoingeducation and certification.

• Assist the FlightDepartmentManager with all administrative requirements associated with the use and maintenancetothe corporateaircraftincluding preparation of flight logs and records, FAA correspondence,policiesandprocedures.

• Assist the Maintenance Manager with aircraft run ups if asked while maintenance performs required checks.

• Maintainaircrafthangarfacility asrequiredto ensure security and inventory of needed supplies.

EDUCATION and/or experience

• Associatesdegree in a related field

• 250 total flight hours on applicableaircrafttype

KNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate willdemonstrate:

• Multi-engine Commercial Pilot Certification

• First Class FAA Medical Certificate

• FCC Radio Telephone License

• Current Passport

• Ability to travel 75%

• Ability tolift upto 50 pounds into and out ofaircraft

• Validdriverslicense

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to performaircraftinspections
