DESCRIPTION

Under supervision, responsible for safe operation, testing, calibrating, trouble-shooting, repair and full-range maintenance of the plumbing distribution systems and medical gases. Repairs or replaces defective plumbing parts on all systems. General knowledge of plumbing codes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must hold valid driver’s license, have a driving record that is in accordance with local policies/ procedures, and/or enroll in the California Employer Pull Notice Program.
  • Five (5) years experience as a journeyman plumber.
  • Recent experience in a similar role and setting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Backflow certification.
  • Medical Gas Certification.
  • Healthcare environment experience.
  • General knowledge of steam systems.
  • OSHPD experience.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

  • Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
  • Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical.

Pay Transparency Act

Annual Full Pay Range: $105,841 – $105,841 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)

Hourly Equivalent: $50.69 – $50.69
