Job Responsibilities:

• Follow established rules of each unit for entry to building and work areas, properly attired and in compliance with HACCP guidelines for personal hygiene.
• Ensure that spills are promptly mopped up and floors are kept dry to minimize slips and falls due to wet floors.
• Comply with all HACCP and Flying Food Group policies and procedures for cleaning and sanitizing.
• Physically clean and sanitize floors, walls, drains, equipment (equipment varies on dept), restrooms & locker rooms, cafeteria, offices and other areas.
• Clean up and remove all empty pallets, card boards and empty trash cans in all departments of the building.
• Be able to lift up to 25lbs -50lbs, bend occasionally, push & pull, climb stairs occasionally, kneel, when necessary, stand and walk continuously.
• Mix chemicals for sanitizing and use according to specifications.
• Ensure chemicals are properly labeled and returned to storage after use.
• Properly return equipment and tools to proper storage area for future use.
• Perform other duties as assigned by unit supervisor.

position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, non-exempt position.  Hours of work will depend on the needs of the business. Flexibility on weekends and holidays is required.
