The Department of Immunology is looking to hire a Postdoctoral Associate Employee in the laboratory of Dr. Greg Delgoffe. This Candidate will perform a research project that will involve conducting research dissecting the role of lactate and acidity in the metabolism and function of CD8 T cells. This Candidate will be conducting in vitro experiments to study the effects of lactate and acidity during T-cell activation and exhaustion. This Candidate will also develop several career-related skill sets, including manuscript preparation, oral presentations, and grant writing. Finally, this Candidate will also be expected to perform any other assignments that the principal investigator (Dr. Delgoffe) may request.

 

Qualifications: Candidate must have earned a PhD/MD Degree in the field of Biology or related field.
