About this jobFantastic opportunity to join an established Antibody Discovery team working with cutting edge technologies to develop the next generation of antibody therapeutics!In this laboratory-based position, you will be responsible for the generation of biologics (primarily antibodies) from early phase drug discovery to lead drug candidate. You play a pivotal role in both the design, expression and purification of each antibody drug candidate you produce. In addition, you will analyse & present key project data to collaborating teams.Experience: –

• PhD in Protein Biochemistry with experience of expressing and purifying antibodies
• Strong understanding of protein expression systems; ideally mammalian but bacterial and/or insect cell line experience OK
• Experience of antibody purification and analysis techniques; e.g. analytical SEC, SDS-PAGE, LC-MS etc.
• Motivated and driven, with excellent communication skills
