The Millhauser Lab at the University of California, Santa Cruz has an immediate opening for a postdoctoral researcher in the field of neurodegenerative disease. We use magnetic resonance and cellular assays to elucidate the molecular details that drive early events in Alzheimer’s disease. We have an outstanding team and advanced capabilities in nuclear magnetic resonance, electron paramagnetic resonance and tissue culture. We are particularly interested in individuals who possess a background in cell biology, while also a willingness to learn biophysical methods. Those with a strong background in magnetic resonance are also encouraged.
Applicants should have completed their graduate studies within the last two to three years. Those interested should provide a CV and the names of three references, sent to [email protected].
