– Design and synthesis of novel open-shell organic materials based on neutral free radical building blocks.– Synthesis and characterization of organic electronic materials.– Developing effective writing skills for publication in top-tier journals and competitive grant applications.– Learning lab/research group management approaches.– Preparation of manuscripts for publications (including collaborative work).– Assistance in grant writing & students supervision.Qualifications:
