We are located in a modern dedicated surgery in Hampton House. Our practice list size is around 20,000.The Role:As Practice Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, driving excellence in service delivery and fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. Your leadership will be key in managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance our services, while supporting the Clinical Team.Join us in shaping the future of student healthcare at the University of Bristol. Main duties of the job

• Help to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Oversee the efficient management of resources, including staffing, complex budgets, and facilities.
• Help develop and implement innovative strategies to improve patient experience and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements.
