The Practice Supervisor will manage daily operations of the Frederick Health Medical Group including but not limited to administrative, personnel, clerical, housekeeping, purchasing, and customer service functions. The Practice Supervisor plans, programs, allocates, and assigns duties to the employees and monitors activities and operations to ensure that the practice successfully meets its objectives and Frederick Health strategic goals and initiatives as aligned with Patient Centered Medical Home. As the Practice Supervisor, this position is expected to serve as a working lead alongside and filling in for practice staff as appropriate. This position works closely with and under the general supervision of the Practice Manager.

Required:

• Two years of experience in medical practice, hospital, or clinic setting.

Preferred:

• Associates degree or higher in healthcare.
• Certified/Licensed MA, CNA or higher preferred
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team based environment

Hours: Monday – Friday 8a-5p, with an occasional night or weekend shift, if needed
