C/A Design, an industry leader in the manufacturer of complex aluminum dip and vacuum brazed assemblies, is seeking a talented, driven and accomplished Dip Brazer to join its successful and accomplished team. This position will be responsible for the assembly, straightening and dip brazing of aluminum chassis. This is a critical role within the Brazing team and requires a detailed mind set. This role reports directly to the Braze Supervisor. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strive towards a culture of proactive safety.
• Precision mechanical assembly of complex assemblies using internal drawings, shop travelers, set-up sheets and measuring tools.
• Dip Brazing, pre and post braze straightening.
• Chemical cleaning of components.
• Preventative maintenance and equipment calibration.
• Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma, or General Education Degree (GED).
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Dip braze experience a plus.
• Ability to read internal drawings and use basic measuring equipment.
