PERMANENTINTERVIEWING NOW!SUMMARYA new SEN school set to open in September 2025 are seeking 3 SEN Teachers to join them permanently full time. This is a term time position with an option to start before ASAP for the right applicant/s.THE SCHOOLThe SEN school for primary pupils aged 5-11 with a diagnosis of Autism is led by an innovative Headteacher who is at the very beginning of an exciting journey. They are a brand-new, independent specialist school and growing fast – with a vision to become a multi-site school serving over 100 pupils in the very near future.SCHOOL ETHOSThe school is built on the belief that every child deserves the chance to thrive – regardless of their starting point. That’s why they’re creating an environment where innovation, expertise, and compassion come together to offer truly individualised learning experiences.The school hosts a purpose-built learning environment and is nestled in a spacious, green setting just 10 minutes from West Drayton’s Elizabeth Line station and are equipped with specialist sensory and therapeutic spaces designed for children to flourish – both indoors and out.THE HEADTEACHER IS LOOKING FORCommitted and creative teachers with a strong foundation in SEN to be part of their founding team. You’ll be joining them at a pivotal stage, helping to shape the culture, curriculum, and learning environment of a school that puts pupils first.This role is ideal for someone who wants to go beyond classroom teaching – to influence how things are done, work in a close-knit team, and grow professionally as the school expands.TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU WILL NEED

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience teaching children with Autism, ideally in a specialist setting.
  • Familiarity with the EQUALS curriculum is highly desirable.
  • Experience with non-linear assessment frameworks (SCERTS, Routes for Learning) would be a strong advantage.
  • Above all, a deep passion for supporting neurodivergent learners and a commitment to inclusive, person-centred education.
