Primary Supply TeacherBassingbourn£140 – £160 a dayRandstad Education is seeking passionate and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers for ongoing opportunities in our partner schools in and around Bassingbourn. Whether you prefer part-time or full-time work, these roles will allow you to make a significant difference in students’ educational journeys. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, managing classroom dynamics, and supporting pupils’ academic and personal growth.Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver inspiring lessons aligned with the primary curriculum.
- Tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of your pupils.
- Assess, track, and support student progress, helping them achieve their best.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Maintain effective classroom management, fostering respect and responsibility.
- Communicate with parents and carers about student progress and well-being.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum including Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) & Key Stage Two (KS2)
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- A willingness to adapt to different teaching environments.
- Dedicated to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
