Year 4 Primary Teacher Primary Teacher – St Albans Primary School – Starting September 2025 – Paid to scale between £160 and £230 per day – Excellent behaviour and supportive SLT – 2 or 3 terms Are you a talented Primary School Teacher who is looking for a two or three term post at a great school with excellent behaviour for the rest of the academic year? If you would be keen to work in a lovely small school located in St Albans, Herts then Tradewind Recruitment has an excellent role for you! ***KS2 Teacher required for an exceptional St Albans Primary school to start September 25***Negotiable rates of pay between £160 and £230 per day based on experience ***Ofsted ‘Good’ School with excellent behaviour***Covering a settled Year 4 class for a maternity till Easter or July 2026 With an excellent reputation for helping students become confident learners this ‘Good’ Ofsted School finds itself oversubscribed on a yearly basis and due to a maternity is looking to appoint a Year 4 Teacher who could see the whole academic year out. The class is a mixture of children from a range of backgrounds with varied ability levels. They are well behaved and enjoy learning so this will be a great role for a teacher who is looking to spend most of their time teaching rather than managing behaviour. This school is a friendly and welcoming environment to all and would be a great option for a strong teacher who was keen to commit to one school for the summer term. Full support and development will be provided. As a Year 4 teacher, you will be responsible for: ***Plan, teach and recap all teaching in preparation for exams ***Assess, track, and report on the pupil’s attainment and personal development ***Encourage pupils engage with learning through targeted questioning ***Establish positive relationships with parents and carers ***Provide a caring and supportive learning environment.
