  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum, tailored to the developmental needs of Year 3 pupils
  • Foster a love of learning through interactive activities, cross-curricular links, and hands-on experiences
  • Create a classroom culture where every child feels safe, valued, and motivated to succeed
  • Use a range of formative and summative assessments to monitor progress and inform planning
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support both academic and personal development
  • Contribute to the wider school community through school events, enrichment activities, and team collaboration

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3 (desirable but not essential)
  • Be a reflective and adaptable practitioner with strong classroom management and differentiation skills
  • Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive education, safeguarding, and pupil wellbeing
  • Possess excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • Be enthusiastic about continuous professional development, team collaboration, and innovative teaching strategies
