Qualifications and Skills: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
