Salary: AUD AUD 127,971-141,157 AUD Annual Gross

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant with hands-on experience in S/4HANA Public Cloud to support a digital transformation initiative for a leading education services provider in Australia. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP PM processes and a deep understanding of public cloud implementation methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the fit-to-standard workshops for SAP PM in the S/4HANA Public Cloud environment.
• Configure and implement preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP PM solutions.
• Ensure alignment with SAP Best Practices and compliance with education sector standards.
• Support data migration, testing, training, and cutover activities.
• Integrate SAP PM with other modules such as MM, FICO, and Asset Management.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Document functional specifications and system configurations.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance with at least 1 full-cycle S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PM master data, maintenance plans, task lists, notifications, and work orders.
• Experience in education or public sector projects is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Fiori apps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently in an onsite client-facing role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification in Plant Maintenance or S/4HANA Asset Management.
• Experience with integration to third-party systems (e.g., CAFM, IoT platforms).
• Knowledge of compliance and safety regulations relevant to educational institutions.
