Joining Information Security
Running at the forefront of PMI’s Digital Transformation, Information Security offers guidance, solutions and advisory all across PMI, supporting our secure journey towards a smoke-free future.
Our scope ranges from security assessments, architecture, governance and risk advisory, through resilience, cyber threat intelligence and incident response, to supporting PMI Functions, Markets, and Platforms (e.g. Finance, People & Culture, Operations, Consumer or Product) and building an organizational security culture.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum 10 years of experience as IAM architect within a large organization
- Proven track record in the design and implementation of IAM controls, ideally in a geographically dispersed and hybrid cloud environment
- Demonstrated experience with modern tools for enterprise-level identity administration and governance, identity orchestration, privileged access management, and zero-trust conditional access
- Experience in using architecture methodologies such as TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework)
- Nice to have: experience with design and implementation of effective consumer identity and access management solutions (e.g. as part of B2C solutions)
HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
- Design and evolve modern architectural roadmaps for managing enterprise, consumer and privileged identities and access to systems, including hybrid cloud enablement and the adoption of a zero-trust security model across the Company
- Oversee and support execution of the IAM roadmaps in close collaboration with other business and technology teams, and provide status updates on a regular basis to senior management and the wider Information Security organization
- Formalize relevant IAM security principles and requirements into standards, procedures and guidelines, and liaise with the wider Architecture community to ensure that those principles and requirements are effectively embedded in day-to-day operations
- Coordinate the research and evaluation of new IAM technology solutions that will reduce cyber risk to the Company or otherwise increase performance, reliability, cost effectiveness or flexibility
- Provide IAM guidance and subject matter expertise to business and technology teams in areas such as information security assessments, threat analysis and treatment, security best practices, and secure use of technologies
