As a Principal Software Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a full-stack team that rapidly ships experiments and features, learns from data, and scales successful patterns across the Microsoft 365 suite (Copilot Chat, Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and more).
