Job Description
Develops and manages profitable deposit, loan, investment, and any other financial relationships with a high net worth/professional client base in the applicable market. Develops new-to-bank business relationships, as well as cross-marketing/needs fulfillment for existing clients, through segment-based sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets and maximize operating capabilities and profitability by performing the following duties.

Supervisory Responsibilities
May supervise employees of the Lending Staff such as Loan Assistants. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance in conjunction with management; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferably in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field; minimum ten years strong performance in client relations, private banking, investments, or sales experience; working knowledge of federal/state laws related to banking/lending practices; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of commercial banking and an ability to quickly learn new products and services.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
