Private Client Legal Assistant, FarehamHow would you love to work for a really great firm who can offer ..Excellent salary and holiday allowance, pension scheme, extended sickness policy discounted gym membership , life assurance and much more.My client is an accredited multi-service south coast practice who are looking for a Legal Assistant to join their Private Client team.The team are exceptionally busy and as such now require someone to provide secretarial and administrative support to the team including being able to liaise directly with external clients.The ideal client must have proven work experience in all aspects of Private Client Law including :

• Wills.
• Lasting Powers of Attorneys.
• Administration of Estates.
• Probate..

With your strong organisational skills and secretarial skills you’ll carry out diary management, schedule appointments, opening/closing and achiving files, audio typing, answering calls and much more.You should be able to hit the ground running and salary will ultimately come down your previous level of experience.The firm offers a supportive working environment and there is a core of key staff who have stayed throughout the years and mentored other staff who have flourished in their careers.Ideally you will have worked in a busy high street or small regional firm and live within commutable distance from Fareham.
