Our client has an opportunity for a Legal Secretary to support the work of their Private Client department; working as part of a small team comprising of 2 Solicitors, a Paralegal and the Head of Department, this position will be suitable for a Legal Secretary with experience on Private Client law, or alternatively another area of similar law.With benefits that include, 21 days holiday + stats and additional for the Christmas close, there will also be opportunity for progression for those that want it.As the Private Client Secretary, responsibilities will include:

• Providing the first point of contact for clients
• Relaying messages for other team members and scheduling appointments
• Audio typing of confidential documents and correspondence
• Assisting with general administration
• Court document preparation

As your experience grows, so will the role develop, so this really is a great opportunity for Legal Secretary with fast and accurate typing skills and excellent client care skills.

Expected salary

£23000 – 25000 per year
