Overview

Job Title: Private Duty CNA – Full-Time, Young Male Patient Care

Overview:

We’re seeking a dedicated CNA to provide in-home care for a patient in East Ridge (Chattanooga). This role allows you to work one-on-one with the patient, supporting their daily needs in a flexible and supportive work environment.

Location:

East Ridge, Chattanooga, TN

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
• 45 hours per week

Patient:

• Male, 19 years old

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
• Ensure patient safety and comfort
• Communicate effectively with the patient, family, and care team

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Tennessee
• CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements is 18 years
• Valid driver’s license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
