We are working with a leading international law firm on a position within their highly regarded Private Equity team in the London office. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a practice consistently ranked among the very best for advising sponsors, investors, and corporates on high-value and complex transactions.The team acts for a broad client base including major private equity houses, institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, and portfolio companies. Their work spans leveraged buyouts, growth capital investments, co-investments, joint ventures, secondary transactions, and portfolio company advisory. Many of the mandates involve cross-border elements, giving associates exposure to multi-jurisdictional dealmaking.This position is ideally suited to an associate with some experience in Private Equity or general Corporate/M&A matters who is looking to develop their career within a top-tier platform.You will gain significant partner exposure, responsibility from an early stage, and excellent training in a collaborative environment.
