Shift: 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am (M-F)
Days/week: 2-3 Days/week
Job Description:

• This is a PT role, 2-3 days per week as backup for nurses. Hours and days are determined by need (when staff nurses are out). They will be notified 24 hours in advance before they are needed. Candidates should list their availability at the top of their resumes. Nurse will be working alone on site.

Summary:

• This position is responsible for providing primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses; performing required health assessments for specified programs; maintaining OSHA state and employee health records; adhering to the highest standard of confidentiality; participating in plant safety and ergonomic programs; assisting with health promotion education and training programs; identifying and assisting with workers compensation cases; assisting with maintenance and documentation of workers compensation files and performing other duties as assigned.

Required:

• Registered Nurse license for the state of MS.
• 1 plus years’ experience in the performance of nursing skills relative to occupational health nursing or relevant nursing field preferred.
