High Level Statement of the Role:
Provides support for manufacturing processes and leads process improvement efforts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Be customer centered and understand market drivers.
Drive process improvements to achieve operational excellence.
Mentor and develop staff members within organization.
Understand, support and execute the achievement of performance measures on scorecards.
Provide resources, planning and budgeting leadership to the organization.
Develop enhancements to product lines after introduction.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
4-year degree in Engineering or Technology-related field, or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of manufacturing engineering leadership experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts
AutoCAD experience preferred
Technical Skills

PC literate
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
