Procurement Specialist (Open to Senior Level)

As a Procurement Specialist (Open to Senior Level), your mission is to turn data into direction-synthesizing insights, identifying and prioritizing the highestimpact opportunities, and guiding the organization toward where our efforts and resources will create the greatest value. You will report to the Sourcing Manager.

You will:

  • Extract and integrate data from SAP and other systems to uncover correlations and generate deeper, crossfunctional insights.
  • Analyze supplier performance and data trends to support the development of a robust, valuedriven supplier strategy.
  • Identify costreduction opportunities through data analytics, market intelligence, and process optimization.
  • Leverage AI tools and methodologies to accelerate analysis and improve decisionmaking outcomes.
  • Forecast tariffs, material flows, and product landing schedules to support accurate revenue and supply planning.
  • Recommend optimal sourcing regions based on global economic conditions, risk factors, and technical requirements.

You have 3-5 years of experience, working in equivalent field or 7-10 year of experience in technical-related field.

  • Able to quickly interpret complex numerical data, conduct indepth research, and synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations that can be communicated effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • A selfstarter who rapidly absorbs new information, independently dives into data to uncover opportunities, and takes initiative without waiting for direction.
  • Strong understanding of macroeconomic trends, competitive landscapes, and global market dynamics, with the ability to translate these insights into strategic recommendations that create outsized opportunities for the business.
  • Skilled at navigating matrixed, crossbusiness, and crosscultural environments, with the ability to prioritize effectively, collaborate broadly, and focus the organization on the areas with the greatest strategic impact.

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our manufacturing facility and office in Voorheesville, United States (US).
