JOB TITLE: Product Acceptance Specialist (Level C) – 3rd Shift

LOCATION: North Charleston, SC

PAY RATE: $47/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Verify complex product conformance to design requirements and provide objective evidence of results
• Validate work instructions, tooling, certifications, process standards, policies, and procedures
• Support inspection and verification of Level C and D operations
• Document discrepancies and manage non-conforming items
• Conduct product reviews with customers
• Perform preliminary review/disposition of non-conformances and initiate corrective actions as needed
• Generate Velocity EPDs (PU, CI, NC, CA)

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of related experience, or a combination of education and relevant work experience (e.g., vocational school/Associate’s degree + 2 years, Bachelor’s degree, etc.).
• FAA A&P License
• 2+ years’ experience with Velocity, REDARs, and/or CMES
• Experience in composite fabrication, structural work (especially wing structures), wiring, and production testing
• 1+ year of strong analytical and problem-solving experience
• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

Desired Skills:

• 787 Program experience
• Team leadership (formal or informal)
• Skilled in visual, tactile, and tool-assisted inspection methods
• Experience with critical path, schedule impact, root cause analysis, and risk analysis
• Strong team collaboration background
