Position Overview:

The “Product Analysis Tech Lead” is a highly technical and business-oriented support role within product management. This position is responsible for ensuring the production stability of our risk management tools, which support Quality Control Underwriting, Fraud Intake & Case Management, as well as various peripheral tools and services. Primary responsibilities encompass overall production support, leading enterprise and infrastructure-impacting changes, testing and deployment validation, conducting in-depth analysis of product data, translating insights into actionable strategies, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to implement technical solutions that optimize product performance and user experience. This role often necessitates strong technical skills in data analysis, programming, and a comprehensive understanding of product metrics and user behavior.

Freddie Mac offers a comprehensive total rewards package to include competitive compensation and market-leading benefit programs. Information on these benefit programs is available on our Careers site.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $122,000 – $182,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
