YOUR ROLE

The Product Information/Digital Asset Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our e-Commerce and B2C business initiatives, ensuring that product information is accurately reflected across all digital platforms. This position involves collecting and maintaining product information and digital assets, coordinating approval processes, and ensuring timely and accurate updates in our PIM (Product Information Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems. Due to the time difference between Europe and Latin America, the candidate should preferably be able to work later hours to ensure effective communication and collaboration with our teams in different time zones.

  • Information Collection & Coordination: Assist brand and project managers in gathering relevant information for the PIM tool and coordinating the approval process.
  • Digital Asset Management: Support the collection and maintenance of product digital assets in the DAM tool.
  • Brand Support: Provide support for all Beauty Professional Latin American brands and Shiseido Japanese brand.
  • Content Upload: Assist local managers with uploading global and local marketing content into the PIM system.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with all stakeholders involved in the PIM and DAM processes.
  • Process Management: Track timelines, remind stakeholders to deliver their input, validate inputs, and escalate issues to project owners as needed.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a must; Spanish language skills and understanding of Latin American culture would be ideal.
  • Experience: Experience in Product Information Management is an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel is an advantage.
  • Detail Orientation: Strong attention to detail.
  • Personality Traits: Energetic and proactive attitude.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Minimum salary: 1450 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
