Client is looking for a Product Manager to collaboratively lead the DRO Program of work. The Product Manager will lead a high-performing product manager, configuration, and QA teams supporting the design and build of the DRO solution.
Specific Qualifications or Experience Required:
A level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a degree in Project Management, Health Administration, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related discipline
Must have 15+ years working in regional or provincial health care environments
Must have demonstrated 10+ years as a Product Manager leading and delivering enterprise level products which includes familiarity with product backlog management and prioritization techniques
Must have demonstrated managing IT system/infrastructure implementations
Demonstrated experience working in a complex integrated clinical system environment
Proven experience in successfully implementing and overseeing Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Certification in Agile/Scrum (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) is highly desirable and preference will be given to certified candidates.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.
Experience in creating an innovative and inclusive team environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Experience in stakeholder management and addressing concerns effectively.
Strong analytical skills to define KPIs and analyze performance metrics.
Ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.
Proven experience in identifying and managing risks associated with product development.
Ability to develop effective mitigation strategies and communicate risks to relevant stakeholders.
Demonstrated capability in handling sensitive and challenging situations
Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively with Senior Management team and Executives
Excellent proficiency with MS Office toolsets (Word, Excel, Visio, Project)
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills dealing with senior executive and clinicians
PROSCI or other Change Management certification desirable
