TrustFlight has offices in Vancouver (Canada), London and Leamington Spa (UK), and Miami (US).We are seeking an ambitious Product Manager to take ownership of one of our innovative software products. This role will be responsible for steering the product’s direction and ensuring its successful delivery in collaboration with the product, engineering, and design teams.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans.Conduct customer research and gather feedback to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product development stays on track and meets key milestones.Contribute to the execution of the product strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Location & Work Model:This is a hybrid role based in our Vancouver office. Our working policy generally requires at least three days in-office per week, however, to fully harness the benefits of collaborating closely with our exceptional team across multiple timezones, this role demands a heightened level of flexibility.Benefits:
