Product Manager/Information Architect in Seattle, Washington

Description

We are offering a long term, part-time (20 hour a week) contract employment opportunity for a company based in Seattle, Washington. As a product manager, you will be at the forefront of managing the development and implementation of new product initiatives within the category. This role is deeply rooted in retail and requires a strategic understanding of marketing and planning processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of product concepts from the initial stages through to full implementation.

• Play a key role in the creation and contribution to marketing and product plans.

• Be responsible for managing the development and implementation of integrated initiatives for new products and product-related opportunities within a category.

• Bring progressive experience in product or brand management to the role.

• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams or organizational groups.

• Oversee the monitoring of customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed.

• Efficiently process customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Contribute to ad hoc financial tasks as necessary.

Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Marketing and Brand Management.

• Proven experience in Planning Processes and Implementation.

• Ability to perform Ad Hoc Financial duties as required.

• Prior experience in Retail is desirable.

• Experience in product Conception and development.

• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.

• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with teams.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficient in using various project management tools and software.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Innovation starts with people.®
