We’re working with a global solutions provider for the P&C insurance industry, seeking a talented Digital Product Manager to drive innovation via the delivery of an intelligent Underwriting Workstation.In this pivotal role, you’ll help to improve efficiency, accuracy, and insight across Specialty Lines. The successful candidate will already have a deep understanding of underwriting processes and thedynamics of specialty lines and this will be evident from their CV.Key Responsibilities:Take full ownership of the product lifecycle for a cutting-edge underwriting platform across complex commercial linesDefine the product roadmap and KPIs, aligning delivery with underwriting strategy and business goalsPrioritise features and enhancements based on user needs, business impact, and stakeholder feedbackEngage underwriting teams to uncover pain points and co-design user-friendly digital experiencesDeliver intelligent workflows that automate risk triage, appetite checks, and decision-makingWork closely with engineering, UX, data science, and architecture teams to launch and scale the platformBridge the gap between business and tech through backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder engagementMonitor platform performance using adoption, efficiency, and conversion metrics; iterate based on data and feedbackEnsure compliance and security are built into all product features and releasesContinuously refine the solution post-launch with real-time input from underwriting end usersKey Requirements:Minimum 5+ years Product Management experience within Insurtech TechnologyStrong understanding of underwriting workflows, especially within P&C & Specialty linesTrack record delivering complex digital tools or underwriting platforms in Agile environmentsNeeds to live within 40 mins of C.
