About the team

Information System is based on the needs of the company’s internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, workplace service, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.

Job Description

1. Responsible for the implementation and operation of corporate internal products ( ERP-related, such as finance, procurement, legal, etc.), understanding industry market trends, improving implementation and operation strategies, and optimizing the implementation and operation mechanisms;

2. Drive product features enhancements and optimize operational strategies by closely monitoring user feedback and deeply understanding user needs, to improve overall operational efficiency;

3. Explore innovative operational methods, develop tools to enhance operational efficiency using internal low-code/no-code platforms and AI large language models, and implement operation methodology in an economic way;

4. Set clear, phased objectives, drive execution to achieve goals, and support the company’s long-term business growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, graduates of 2025;

2. Strong innovative mindset, willing to explore new ideas and always curious;

3. Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork spirit, able to effectively engage with colleagues from different departments;

4. Strong learning ability and logical thinking, able to quickly analyze problems while proposing practical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Majoring in statistics, mathematics, information management, computer science, software, science and engineering, or management;

2. Has experience in implementing or consulting on ERP systems and data processing, with an interest in the field of enterprise resource management.
