Requirements:

• Lead a feature team providing direction and guidance
• Good grasp of balancing business and customer needs with tech
• Liaise with senior management to prioritise the backlog and good stakeholder management
• Understand items on backlog, business benefits, impact & complexity
• Get into detail with BA, architects, design to refine requirements
• Understanding of automation and operation process/transformation
• Agile (SCRUM) experience ideal
