Littelfuse is seeking a remarkable Product Owner to spearhead technology solutions and lead digital marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experiences and driving measurable business outcomes. In this key role, you will be integral to the planning and delivery of our Product Information System (PIM) and its integration with our new digital website. As a vital member of our corporate digital marketing organization, you will identify business requirements, design, and improve processes, support delivery teams, and oversee testing. Your efforts will be crucial in driving growth and operational efficiency at Littelfuse.
This role involves overseeing Digital Marketing Technology solutions for both our B2B and B2C verticals. You will collaborate with a global, multi-business unit team, including product management, marketing, and corporate IT.
You should possess a deep understanding of digital customer experience concepts and technologies and be adept at leading a scrum team. Your responsibilities will include developing business requirements and functional designs for integrated digital marketing projects, guiding them from concept to execution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define, develop, and deliver the Littelfuse Product Information Management (PIM) platform and its capabilities.
- Contribute to the design and functionality of the PIM system to support new unified digital customer experience initiatives.
- Conceptualize the needs of the business and build PIM product roadmap and requirements.
- Evaluate the needs, opportunities, and challenges within the PIM technology ecosystem.
- Translate customer needs into high-level business requirements and associated functional/technical specifications. Deliver in a consistent cadence of releases.
- Analyze Product data attribute definitions and related management processes.
- Analyze current data governance process and suggest changes to accommodate new attributes/processes.
- Contribute to a cross-functional process for prioritizing, delivering, and launching major product releases and incorporating enhancement requests to existing features.
- Partner with Digital Marketing, IT and Business Stakeholders – this role will collaborate and liaison with the business units and marketing managers to drive projects, roadmaps, strategies for PIM enhancements and Customer experience initiatives.
- Offer technical expertise and evaluate website and product content, customer user experience, and search management.
- Oversee the daily operations of the PIM system to meet organizational needs.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex system issues for end-users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish KPIs for content completeness and related metrics for new and existing products.
- Act as the PIM liaison to the external account relationship manager, ensuring a thorough understanding of PIM product features and functionality. Continuously strive to enhance content accuracy and publishing experience.
- Develop overall test strategy to validate end state solution and facilitate user acceptance.
- Establish use cases, test plans, and coordinate testing across impacted groups.
- Responsible to support UAT/beta testing activities and participate in pre-launch and post launch activities.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, engineering, science, math, or related field / equivalent work experience. MS or MBA a plus.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related occupation.
- Experience must include conducting discovery, planning, and product information analysis, as well as retrieving and analyzing large and complex datasets. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, designers, product managers, and project management counterparts to deliver digital products or services.
- Skilled at using Jira and agile principles.
- Demonstrated experience conceptualizing, building, or substantially modifying a large-scale product information management system.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise with product information management platforms (inRiver a plus).
- Knowledge of modern technologies and software development practices and patterns.
- Strong analytical and team leadership skills.
- Background in systems/software development and successfully managing products through entire life cycle, from inception to launch.
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes and gain team member and stakeholder buy in.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain technical considerations, alternatives, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical business representatives.
- Comfortable with foundational cloud and data technologies, such as: HTML/CSS, API’s, service topologies across private and public cloud, web design software, service-oriented architecture and data integrations.
