Production Associate II

Job Description

What will you do?

• Read blueprints and diagrams
• Use of hand tools
• Some crane lift operation
• Attention to detail
• Participate in general housekeeping (5S) duties within work area
• Perform general preventative maintenance (PM) tasks on area equipment as needed
• Cross-train and rotate through various stations within the department as needed to provide additional support
• Report material and equipment problems to the appropriate personnel
• Participate in meetings to resolve production issues and interface with other shifts and support groups as needed
• Installing hinges and door panels onto the structure
• Installing units into the structure
• Installing different label/ nameplates
• Other duties as assigned.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

• General knowledge of manufacturing and hand tools
• Basic computer skills
• Good dexterity
• A sense of organization
• Ability to prioritize against business needs.
