1st – 6:00 am – 2:00 pm Monday – Friday
- 2nd – 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm Monday – Friday
3rd – 10:00 pm – 6:00 am Monday – Friday
- Starting $16/hour DOE + Shift Differential
Job Description:
Our medical manufacturing company is seeking production associates to join our team.
Successful candidates will be detailed orientated and organized, some prior experience in assembly will be beneficial. Candidates should be capable of reading blueprints and process instructions correctly.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operator will be responsible for being detailed in knowing where each step of multiple jobs are in the manufacturing process.
- Review an understand Work Orders, Job Routing information, & Process Instructions pertaining to the job being done.
- Operates the machine and observes its operation, makes minor adjustments or repairs to the machine to detect any malfunctions.
- Repair minor machine malfunctions and report major machine problems.
- Setup, run, and inspect assemblies; Package and ready for shipment.
- Conduct secondary operations such as assembly, packaging, trimming, cutting, and/or grinding.
- Examine and test assembled products using supplied measuring devices.
- Document necessary quality data such as part counts and product dimensions
Expectations & Qualifications:
- Professionalism, Commitment, Accuracy, Accountability, Communication, Closure, Punctual, Teamwork, Organized & Detailed
- Positive and Supportive Attitude
- Understand the Company and department processes
- Capable of performing basic mathematic functions.
- Regularly required to stand and walk for periods up to 4 hours and occasionally lift up to 35 pounds.
- Detailed orientated, good eyesight (aided or unaided) to see very small components.
- Knowledge to properly use the tools and equipment necessary to complete the job in a timely manner.
- Overtime very likely, flexible candidates to work overtime on short notice. Stay late or come in early to get necessary production needs filled.
