We are searching for an experienced Production Group Lead-3rd Shift at our Plant 45-Seagoville-TX facility.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Oversees:

Production, materials, equipment, and tooling to ensure efficiency is maintained and projects remain on schedule.

Coordination of activities related to the company’s quality, safety, and production, including responsibility for financial performance of the facility

The responsibilities that include interviewing, hiring, and training direct reports; planning, assigning, and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Maximizes:

Manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results, coaching, counseling, disciplining employees, initiating, coordinating, enforcing systems, policies, and procedures

Relationships and works closely with materials team to ensure material levels are maintained

QUALIFICATIONS:

3-year Lead Experience in the manufacturing industry. An equivalent in combination of education and experience will be considered.
