Job Title: Production Planner
Location: Manitowoc, WI

What We’re Looking For:
- Self-starter with a drive to succeed and grow
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Team-oriented and work collaboratively with others
- Supply chain or production scheduling experience preferred
- Background in metal stamping, fabrication, or tool & die is a plus
Essential Job Duties:
- Develop and manage production schedules based on customer demand and capacity
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock
- Analyze sales orders and customer requests to plan material needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers successfully
- Identify and resolve scheduling or supply chain issues
- Communicate clearly and effectively across departments
- Work primarily in an office environment with some shop floor exposure
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- An associate’s degree in Material Planning is preferred. New grads are welcome to apply!
- 1-5 years of material planning experience is required.
- Inventory control experience is a plus.
- MS Office proficiency
