Primarily responsible for the oversight, coordination and planning of daily production activities to ensure uninterrupted supply, and delivery of product to our customers. Enhances efficiencies in operations, while maintaining a strong safety culture.
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
Makes recommendations for workforce planning, hiring, training, development, work allocation, conflict resolution, performance evaluations.
Manage pumps/water and mobile equipment.
Manage scheduing onf PM for equipment.
Supervises, coordinates and monitors plant activities to include the maintenance of equipment.
Supports and assists personnel in achieving timely and efficient production schedules
Investigates abnormal operating events, or equipment failures to determine the cause, and makes adjustments, repairs and/or modifications.
Ensures conformance with policies and procedures, safety regulations, and local, State and Federal laws and regulations.
Analyses operational data and reconfigures operating areas as necessary to provide adequate, economical service
Oversees the overall safety of all personnel working at, or visiting the site.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education: Bachelor’s degree or 5 plus yrs of work experience in heavy excavation, mining, pumps/water. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Additional Requirements:
Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment (“PPE”), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicable law, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
