As the Production Supervisor II, you’ll play a key role in leading and optimizing production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. You’ll assign operators to align with production schedules, oversee critical processes such as material preparation, blending, pelleting, and assembly, and maintain high standards of quality control and compliance. In this role, you’ll champion safety by training team members on hazardous waste handling and ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations. You’ll also foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, maintaining discipline, and upholding excellent housekeeping standards. Your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of ISO Quality Systems will drive continuous improvement across operations. Candidates should bring strong analytical abilities, leadership experience in a production setting, and a collaborative attitude to help our team succeed.

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is$61,680 – $92,520. Please note that this range is not a guarantee of compensation; final offer amounts may vary based on experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on the date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
