Continue your journey as a Production Supervisor at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. You will supervise work areas such as Machine Shop in a manner which will achieve group objectives with regard to safety, quality, continuous improvement, schedule, cost, training, and a positive working environment. Our Production team is proud of their contributions, supporting a broad range of internal customers and requests while ensuring the uninterrupted development and manufacturing of high-tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.

Are You Looking to:

Provide oversight to capacity and production planning to ensure on time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Ensure production schedules are being met and resolve any production schedule issues.
Plan daily work assignments and periodic rotations for assigned employees to meet objectives.

Are You Ready to:

Establish objectives and procedures governing the performance of assigned activities.
Review and approve the implementation of departmental and oversight area plans that support the operational plan.
Interview, hire, and train associates; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Job Requirements:

What You’ll Need:

Bachelor’s degree in a business, engineering or related discipline preferred.
1-5 years relevant manufacturing experience in a leadership role preferred.
2+ years relevant machining experience preferred.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Compensation: $86,000 – $90,000 per year
