Production Team Lead

<div class="isg-job-description“>The Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of operators on the production floor. The Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of the production cell, ensuring the team meets production goals, quality standards, and efficiency targets.

• Lead two product teams in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and processes
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and all necessary repairs are completed promptly
• Train new team members on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques
• Continuously monitor process performance and quality metrics, and work with the team to identify and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve issues related to production

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum of three years of experience with electronics manufacturing   
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to solve problems and continuously improve processes
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Vision corrected to 20/20
• Ability to obtain a US Government granted security clearance, if necessary
