Pay Rate: $23.66/hr. – $0.75 shift differential for 3rd
Shift: 3rd (10:45pm-7am)

While reporting to theShift Supervisor,as thePacker/Production Worker/Laborer,youwill be responsible forcollaborating and contributing to the production environment within our manufacturing operations. Safety, quality, productivityandstrongwork ethic are important to the Sonoco culture.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Collaborating closely with departments and plant teams to complete basic manufacturing
Packs product into boxes, retrieves product from equipment and operates machinery
Making incremental process adjustments, monitor and report quality of manufactured products
Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to setup new production jobs
Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area
Assists other departments as needed

You have previous manufacturing experience and/or training.

Read and comprehend standard work instructions, math and measuring
Arrive to work on time with a strong attendance record.
