Our location enables us to have excellent contacts with practitioners and policymakers, and we have a strong tradition of engagement with the legal profession.About the roleThe post-holder will be an outstanding candidate with research interests and teaching expertise in the field of Administrative Law. The successful candidate’s principal teaching contribution will be to our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the area of administrative law. The successful candidate will also carry out administrative duties in the School.The post-holder will exercise world-class academic leadership in research and teaching, and have an established track record in grant capture. The successful candidate will be expected to undertake world-leading research, seek external funding and to have a deep personal commitment to the delivery of teaching of the highest quality. The ideal candidate will have an emphasis on interdisciplinary and/or empirical work, with a connection to the Faculty’s growing strength in artificial intelligence and law.The successful candidate will be welcomed as an integral part of our faculty.
