Program Administrator

• Supports Senior Manager Strategic Partnerships with planning and execution of in-person event programs.
• Prepares and distributes correspondence, reports, technical documents, minutes, and other informational material for meetings, workshops, conferences, video conferences, and telephone conferences.
• Manages and responds to requests for program information. Receives daily inquiries from the general public, other public or private agencies, or organizations for TechConnect’s in-person Innovation Pitch Programs and other Programs at in-person events.
• Responsible for the data entry and maintenance of accurate records for clients, speakers, and other stakeholders.
• Assists with the review of conference websites to ensure program information to the public is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinates program presence at tradeshows: On-site responsibilities include but not limited to: reviewing room set ups; cross checking speakers; collecting presentations; and working directly with Senior Manager Strategic Partnerships on program execution for in-person TechConnect events.
• Provides general administrative support to Senior Manager Strategic Partnerships.
• Works with the program team(s) on process improvement which includes but is not limited to tracking metrics, event flow, internal and external communications and program schedules.
• Travels to program-specific and TechConnect-run events to support, as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and two years related experience, or an Associate’s Degree and four years related experience. Minimum of one or more years’ experience working in a program support role.
• Communication skills, including meeting management and work group management.
• Shows individual initiative and active engagement.
• Computer skills including intermediate Excel skills, MS Office Suite – Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project desired. SharePoint and MS Access experience a plus.
• Ability to travel to conferences and meetings required. Weekend travel is infrequent.
• This position will need the ability to access US only data systems – US Citizenship is required.
• Must successfully pass a background to access sensitive information and automated systems.

This is a FULLY remote position with up to 25% travel annually.

Anticipated starting salary is in range commensurate with education and experience:
$55,000 – $60,000
